1 at OMSOLO PRACTICE PLUS 1:1 BENEFITS
Our 1 at OM program blends our OM for 1 format with a take-home training program and check-in sessions. We meet 1 or 2 times a month for 1-to-1 sessions, then we develop a program you do at home 3-5 times a week with weekly check-in. |
Group ClassesTOGETHERNESS EVEN ONLINE
Just want to take a yoga class - no problem - check out our group classes. Our classes are taught via Zoom and/or In Person. So you can join us live in studio or practice from the comfort of your own home. |
