OM Fitness & Yoga Group Class Schedule

Group classes are taught both via Zoom and In Person.  All classes are live and interactive.   As a result your Human Performance Coach is able to interact with the entire class to assist where help may be needed or to simply add words of encouragement.  

We currently offer five group classes each week, Monday thru Thursday.  All times are Central (USA).

         Mondays : 10am - Optimal Movement Yoga - Grow
         Tuesdays : 6am - Power Latte
 Wednesdays : 6pm - Optimal Movement Yoga - Grow
       Thursdays : 6am - Power Latte
       Thursdays : 5:30pm - Optimal Movement Yoga - Begin/Grow
