OM Fitness & Yoga Group Class Schedule
Group classes are taught both via Zoom and In Person. All classes are live and interactive. As a result your instructor is able to interact with the entire class to assist where help may be needed or to simply add words of encouragement.
We currently offer six group classes each week, Monday thru Friday.
