Through our weekly program, we help increase your vital energy, allowing you to live your best life.
1 at OM
Welcome to 1 at OM, our signature personal training program that will guide you towards achieving your fitness goals. We combine our OM for 1 format with a customized training program that you can do at home. With monthly 1-to-1 sessions that are tailored to your requirements and customized take-home training programs for use 3-5 times a week, 1 at OM is your go-to program for making lasting changes in your fitness journey.
Group Classes
Our Group Classes are the perfect way to stay fit and active, both physically and mentally. We offer a range of classes that are suitable for all abilities, including yoga and power latte.
